Early trilogy Obi Wan, I'd agree, but since I was sticking with the classic through most of the sotry, I didn't quite see Daniel as the Sir Alec Guinness type. He's more Luke...though as we've seen in "Prometheus Unbound" and someone else pointed out, Daniel sees himself as a Hans Olo type himself.

Hmm...the linguist part obviously wouldn't go, but the reluctant hero, whining parts are very McKay. Good point, Hee hee.
