Actually, everyone's files pop up in "Entity" of S4, but they're much less detailed.
Daniel's is the only one in Disclosure. He was specially profiled as the guy who opened the Stargate. Actually, with all the Daniel references, glowy appearances, and Thor guest spots, S6 isn't as MS/Daniel absent as you might think!
(It helps I got to know Jonas BEFORE I saw Meridian though, heh).
