Plus, it is the best Tok'ra/Jaffa/Tau'ri episode of them all. (And you really need to see the Jacob/Jack scene...not THAT way...and not That way either, heh). Really. Makes you realize how pissy they truly were in Death Knell too. Bastards.
Not even the temptation of seeing Bill Lee in action for the first time is enough to make me watch this.
Actually, he first appeared in Season Four's "Prodigy". [/anal trivial knowledge]
BTW, in fairness, Jonas is good in Metamorphosis, and definitely his own man, not NotDaniel here. I just really really really hate melty people. Really. (and yes, I ff that scene in X-Men too. I'm a wuss).
Imagine if they'd actually ended the show like this and left a cliffhanger for a wrap-up movie. Meep!
I know, as a series ender, it's kinda freaky, but I love it as a season ender. Who knows what they'll do for S10 (and if my flist does know, DON'T TELL ME!)
SEASON TEN SPOILERS BELOW (FOR AIRED EPISODES)
You know, Insiders is pretty bad in S10, but Uninvited...well, you know Puff the Magic FruitBat Dragon from "The Quest?", he's got CGI cousins in this one. Despite that, the teamy nature of this episode was good. It's worth it for the Landry/Mitchell bird calling scene. I missed Daniel in the tag though. But both eps they handled his absence well.
