I've been reading a bit of Atlantis stuff, myself, recently. I'm a gen girl, so that's pretty much all I have to offer. I'm told the Retrograde AU series is required reading for Atlantis fandom, and I can see why. It's brilliant and contains stellar characterization of both the Atlantis cast and SG-1.
