I totally do, I just worry that I'm forgetting something incredibly obvious and I'm going to thwap myself in the head the minute I post, or it's so obvious that of course you've already read it, or or or. But going with the first that popped into my mind:
Home from Here by merryish is totally un-shmoopy but totally lovely and not-porny Jack/Daniel that's as much a portrait of Jack on Retirement Day as it is an incipient-ship fic. And it's a really happy fic. :-)
synecdochic's Calibrate does visibly head in the direction of a Jack/Daniel slash pairing but is also imo a wonderfully warm and happy friendship fic ... kind of like, the way some fics are labeled 'gen but there's slash if you look at it sideways' or however they phrase it? This is pre-slash, and it describes a delicious massage in lovely detail, but the physical contact doesn't have to be read with sexual overtones and the fic doesn't have to be read as slash. And I just love it.
It's hard to pick one thing by troyswann, so ... ha, I won't! Close I can't even describe, it's a very quiet, very beautiful vignette ... and Context is a brilliant and fascinating (and, warning, also heartbreaking) fic that's about what happens when we meet the Furlings and in which a Jack/Daniel established relationship is important, but not the focus in a traditionally shippy/slashy way.
That's a start, anyway, and I hope some of them will turn out to be sort of what you were looking for, if I haven't misunderstood. ::worries more:: I'll keep thinking about it!
Thank you for the kind words about my reading logs, wow ... and big thanks for being spoiler-conscious about 'Borrowed'! It's a fantastic description and I love it. And I love 'Decade'! I had a Jack/Sara prompt all ready for when I signed up for sg_rarepairings, and then I didn't sign up after all, but in 'Decade' I got to read the fic I would have asked for if I'd known to ask for it, if that makes any sense, and that's just delightfully cool. :-) :-)
