Is there a reason why sometimes she ends an entry with "end update" or "end report," and sometimes she doesn't? Or is that explained by the last line?
It's really by the last line that she was losing protocol as her day got worse. As a user of dictaphone's myself, it's easy to get distracted by events. Although I did fix it a bit to be more consistent.
(Any lapses in diagnoses/treatment though is my idiocy when it comes to medicine). I haven't forgotten yours! My muse somehow merged the two icons you chose though and *not commentfic*)
