Excellent writing as usual! They really glossed over that section in the show and I'm glad that you wrote a missing scene. Daniel's point of view seems right on and all very believable. And I love how Sam's hug gives him a bit of needed comfort. And the med tech letting him know that they were glad he was ok - loved those little touches. I never understood why there wasn't more worrying (sorrow) about Daniel's fate in the episode, but I suppose they just didn't have the time to devote to it. Anyways, thanks for the episode tag. :D
