I think because she's my favourite I think about her more, understand her better and actually wnt to write her character, which makes it easier for me! I create stories that I want to read/imagine... Hmmm
I can see that, but it's a very mature observation on your part. And I find you can learn/catch a lot of nuance by having outside observer's take on the character. It helps fuel the insights.
Yeah, the outsiders observations are easier. I'm not sure I could write what goes on in Jack's head well, but I like to write how others perceive his actions, and 'guess' the thought behind them, as I find it a bit more realistic. I think I might make Jack's thoughts some too feminine otherwise!! lol Not that I'd write about him thinking about taking a bubble bath to relieve his stress mind you...
