Here via Fig's rec. It's taken me a few days to get through it, as I didn't want to read it when I was too tired.
I grew up reading Hornblower and all those old naval stories, so I love the comparison with sailing ships. I enjoyed the OCs and the way you made them fit together so well with the canon characters. Nice touch with bringing SG-1 on board at the end. Teal'c communing with the ship was wonderful.
